Service Provider Branding
This is an example of a service provider branding project we did for a merchant account company. We created a tri-fold brochure, two-pocket folder, and a trade show display. As a result, this helped our client to get banks to be their clients. What started this was that an employee of the company came to us complaining about the cheap looking brochure she had to give clients. She asked what we recommended. Consequently, we asked who she’s trying to get as clients. Obviously, anyone in any type of business could be a potential customer. However, we wanted to know if there was a specific type of client she preferred, such as restaurants. She explained, that she thought her best option would be to go after banks. As a result of her customers being banks then they would be selling for her. For instance, when a restaurant owner comes into the bank to open an account the bank would hand out our salesperson’s brochure.
Branding Agency
We developed a marketing plan to get the banks to be clients. For instance, we created a 6-foot trade show display which they would bring to events for banks that they would sponsor. For example, one event they sponsored was an open bar at a banking conference. They put their display next to the bar and had their brochures on the bar. The owner of the company and the salesperson went around speaking with everyone in attendance. Since the bankers all had a drink in their hands they were happy to meet the people that paid for their drinks.
When they would get a new client referred to them by the bank they would bring the two-pocket folder with a letter typed specifically for that client and the brochure would also be inside. They made a very professional presentation to the bank’s customers and many banks were happy to recommend their clients to them.
