This live event web design project was created for a repeat client. In fact, this was one of our first clients in 1995. They own an embroidery shop in Miami and we made their website. Additionally, since they were one of the first embroidery shops to have a website they were getting clients from all around the country. Naturally, they have plenty of competition today since everyone has a website for their business.
Repeat Client Website Development
Since their business grew from online orders they have always come back to us for any updates and changes they need. In fact, when they opened a location in Brooklyn they asked us to make that website too. They discovered a new business opportunity by chance when a retailer asked them to do embroidery in their store. Plus, they started getting calls from event promoters and meeting planners. They wanted customers at live events to have a better experience with their brand. For instance, instead of giving away tote bags with a logo, now their clients can give away tote bags with their logo that have been personalized for their customers. Naturally, the customers are much more likely to keep a tote bag with their name embroidered on the side.
Live Event Web Design
After getting the first couple of onsite event clients we added information to their website on this topic. Of course, this helped them to get more clients that were having live, onsite events. Naturally, the next logical step was to create this website about onsite events. The new website makes it look like this is the only thing they do. Of course, people like to hire someone that specializes in this area.
Social Media Marketing
Since everything about this business is visual we suggested that we use Instagram and Facebook to show off their work. Also, as soon as the website was live we began social media marketing on their behalf. Within the first month of managing their social media, a potential new client found them. Consequently, they are now speaking with them about upcoming events.
