law office web design

The law office web design image above shows the new, mobile-friendly, ADA Compliant web design we made in 2020. The original website was also made by our company around the year 2008. Naturally, the older web design wasn’t mobile-friendly and it certainly was not ADA Compliant. As you might imagine, an attorney understands the law and doesn’t want to be sued for having a non-compliant website.

The older website was very modern looking back when we created that web design. However, today it is obviously outdated. On a smartphone or tablet, the text was much too small and you wouldn’t be able to click any of the navigation buttons. Of course, anyone looking for an attorney wants one that looks like they keeps up with the times. An old, outdated website can make potential clients think the lawyer may be getting ready to retire or just doesn’t care about making a good presentation.

Lawyer Web Design Makeover

We have worked with all types of law offices including lawyers working alone and larger practices. The attorneys we have worked with have been involved with all types of law. As a result, we take the type of law practice into account when designing the website. This lawyer does probate, estates, wills, trusts, and real estate law. For that reason, we wanted photos of him looking friendly and happy. However, for a corporate litigation attorney, we’d want a very different look in the photo and the layout and content of the website.

Attorneys are very busy and often work long hours. Consequently, we make things as simple as possible for them. For example, we never ask what they want to put on the website. We have a writer that will take care of writing all of the text. Naturally, the text doesn’t get published online until the lawyer has approved everything. The only thing we request from our clients is their bio and then we write all of the other text for the website. It doesn’t get any simpler than that! If you need a new law office web design, we’d love to hear from you.
