Impact Window Magazine Ad
For this impact window magazine ad we didn’t show any broken glass or hurricane damage. This impact window installation company wanted an ad to show that hurricane impact resistant windows are functional and beautiful. When we visit friends and family in the northern states we see that they have insulated windows. As far as we know, insulated windows are not an option when you live up north. However, in South Florida hurricane resistant impact windows are optional. For instance, when a hurricane is coming many people buy some plywood and cover up the windows. Additionally, some people have hurricane shutters that they install before the hurricane comes. However, then they have to take them down once it has passed. Also, there are shutters that remain in place permanently next to the windows. That type will either open by a hand crank or electric motor.
Impact Window Advertising
Since people do have options nobody needs to buy impact windows; we need to sell them. People that don’t have impact windows may think that if they are so strong then they can’t possibly look good. Consequently, the purpose of this magazine ad was to show the public that impact windows are beautiful. Also, from the street, nobody can tell what type of windows anyone has.
Our writer has a Master’s Degree in Non-Fiction Writing and she creates all the text for our ads. However, before anyone will read her text we have to get their attention. For that reason, we used the beautiful windows with an oceanfront view. Once our writer is finished with the text and our client has approved, then our designer takes over. At this point, he can see how much room there will be for photos and graphics and then the design work can begin.
