An event website design has to be accessible to the general public. We made this website to be an ADA compliant web design as we do with all new websites. In this case, our target audience is party planners. Any member of the general public might contact our client about a party where they want to offer personalized gifts. However, we believe that the best results and repeat business will come from party planners. Consequently, we are doing some online marketing and local social media marketing to go after clients. Naturally, all social media marketing is international by default. However, we can also target specific locations such as North Miami where our client has a store.

This is not our first event website design for this client. In fact, he has a business that is very similar to this but geared towards commercial events. For example, at an outdoor concert a nationally know brand may want to give away tote bags. Everyone loves free swag, but they love it a lot more when they can get it personalized on the spot at no charge. The sponsors like the idea because they know people are much more likely to keep a tote bag that has their logo IF it was also personalized exactly the way the concert attendee wanted.
