Corporate Branding

This corporate branding was done for a home inspection company. By hiring our full service advertising agency, they were able to get everything they needed to promote their business in one place. Our ad agency offers one stop shopping for all of your advertising and marketing needs.

This is an already existing service business that works in the South Florida area. The company was just a man doing the inspections and his wife would do the invoicing. They would get most of their customers from real estate agents and mortgage companies. They never had any professional branding so they came to us for help. First we created a logo for the company and suggested that the owner should always be wearing a polo shirt embroidered with his logo. For outdoor work, he could also wear a hat that we custom embroidered with his logo. As a result, they had a hat and shirt with a logo help to establish their brand.

CMS Web Design

When he would go to visit real estate offices and mortgage companies he needed something to hand out to people in the offices. We created business cards, flyers, and designed pens with his logo, phone number, and website address. We did some custom programming to develop a CMS website. As a result, the Content Management System website allows the owner to keep in touch with clients and prospects. For example, when our client goes to a real estate office he meets the people and uses his giveaway items. The real estate agents will give him their business cards and he brings them back to his office. Next, he enters each person’s first name, last name, email address and company name into a group he creates.

Consequently, he can send an email to that group and it will be personalized with the person’s name and company name. Each person receiving the group email thinks that it was only addressed to them. This is because it is personalized and doesn’t look like any type of mass mailing.

We also created the trade show display shown in the photo above. Sometimes our client will sponsor an event for mortgage brokers or real estate agents and he will set up his display at the function.
