What we do is we write the script and submit that to the Florida Bar Association for approval. When we summited our script to the Florida Bar Association it said, “Bankruptcy can bail you out!” and they wouldn’t approve the script. They explained that “can” sounds like a promise or a guarantee and that’s not allowed. For that reason, we had to change “can” to “could” and they approved.
