Attorney TV Commercial
This personal injury attorney TV commercial was made for two lawyers that formed a law office together. We have produced several TV commercials for lawyers. The Florida Bar Association have regulations on all forms of attorney advertising. Before we produce a TV commercial for attorneys we always check the current regulations. Once the 30-second spot has been created then we have our media buyer check to see where we can get the greatest value in TV advertising. On the broadcast networks such as ABC, NBC & CBS we can cover a large area more economically than if we purchased a few zones in cable TV. Cable TV is useful if we are trying to target our customers in a smaller area.
Lawyer TV Advertising
The Florida Bar Association regulates how a lawyer can advertise. Naturally, we don’t want to produce a TV commercial that the Bar will reject. For that reason, we write a script first. Once our client approves of the script, then we submit it for approval from the Florida Bar Association. Since the rules can change at any time, we always check the current regulations at The Florida Bar Association’s website.
Law Office TV Advertising
One thing that is always prohibited is anything that sounds like a promise. For instance, a TV commercial can’t say, “we can help” because it sounds like a guarantee. As an example, we once made a TV commercial for a bankruptcy attorney. The Florida Bar rejected the script because of one word. The commercial said, “bankruptcy can help you” and the word “can” is a promise or guarantee. Consequently, we changed “can” to “may” and our script was approved. Our ad agency can help you with a professional attorney TV commercial.
We can help with all types of TV advertising.
