Apartment Building Logo Design

This apartment building logo design was created for a fully renovated building in North Miami Beach. The real estate developer purchased an older apartment building which had a different name. Consequently, he changed the name and needed a new logo. Plus, he wanted a brochure to hand to prospective tenants. Our designers came up with this idea using the bars in the center to represent in a graphical way the idea of towers. In reality, there is only one tower at this apartment building but that would have looked very odd. So, for the purposes of logo design, we have three bars.

What is a Good Logo Design?

The logo is not supposed to represent what the real estate looks like, it is just an icon. Additionally, since the building was built many years ago there were no floor plans available. Consequently, we went into the units and took photos and measured each style of the different room models. We then hired a drafting company to draw the floor plans from our measurements. Consequently, we were able to use the new floor plans when we designed the brochures.
