This real estate logo design was made for a company that offers options to home and condo owners facing foreclosure. Additionally, they purchase the homes even if they are damaged or have liens from the city on them. Once we made the logo then we made a website for the real estate investors. Normally, we prefer not to make the logo try to tell the story of what the business is all about. However, in this case, we did as the logo is a big design element of the website. The logo was also used as an attention-getting graphic on postcards. Those postcards were mailed to homeowners that were getting behind on their payments.
