We developed this investment web design as part of a strategy for a company that partnered with investors in real estate. The company was always looking for new partners to invest in the properties they acquire. Consequently, potential clients would be expected to invest thousands of dollars. For that reason, the website had to give people a feeling of trust and confidence in the company.
Investment Web Design
This was a custom CMS web design project and that allowed us to build into the website a prospect follow up system. For instance, as the owners would meet prospects they would add them to the database. Consequently, they could set up one year’s worth of follow up email in the system. As a result, the emails would go out to the prospects on a predetermined schedule. Additionally, each email could be personalized with the prospect’s first name, last name, and company name. As a result, the emails never looked like they were some type of spam or mass mailing.
Custom Programming
As an ad agency, we develop marketing plans and we are able to custom develop websites to help our clients with their marketing goals. For example, we used ASP.NET custom programming for this website and we built so it would be easy for our customer to use. Additionally, as they purchase and sell real estate investments they want to update the website. Consequently, they are able to easily display information about the properties on the website. Additionally, they are easily able to add before and after photos and feature new properties for sale.
We design our custom CMS or Content Management System to be so user-friendly that many times clients don’t need any training. In fact, once we give our clients the user id and password they don’t need any instructions from us. For this reason, many of our clients will put an office manager or receptionist in charge of updating the website.
