Real Estate Developer Logo Design
This real estate developer logo design was custom made for the client. We asked a lot of questions about his general contracting business. Consequently, the client explained about the problems he often sees in new construction. For example, when people are trying to do things as inexpensively as possible. Consequently, we asked what makes his real estate development business different. As a result, he talked about old-world craftsmanship. Additionally, he gave examples of how general contractors will do the minimum required in order to pass a code inspection.
He takes pride in his work and we wanted to show old-world craftsmanship and old-world charm in the logo. For that reason, we decided to use a Griffin and an older style font for the “OT” part of the logo. We were intentionally trying to avoid looking modern or contemporary.
Web Design
We used the logo design in their business card design. Additionally, we were able to keep the same colors and look on the website. Plus, on the website, we had room to show off photos of his work in a slideshow. Naturally, we mentioned the attention to detail and old-world craftsmanship.

We are able to help with everything from professional photography to a long list of advertising services. For instance, this project began with branding which consists of everything the public will see about this company. In this case, the branding was a logo, business card design and web design. When we work on a website we have four people involved.
Our designers job is to make the website look amazing and has a four-year degree in Commercial Art and Design. Additionally, our writer has a Master’s Degree in Non-Fiction writing and she takes care of writing all the text. Plus, our programmer builds all of the necessary functions into the website. Lastly, our SEO pro adds all of the things that the search engines need in to help rank the website better.
