Financial Services Logo Design
This financial services logo design was created for a woman that helped banks and other financial institutions find top-level employees. We also made the website and matching business cards for this client. The owner of this financial services business helps top-level employees relocate into new financial services businesses. We liked the puzzle pieces in the logo because it is symbolic of her job. She has an employer who needs a CEO or CFO and she finds the missing piece for her clients. Her customers are not looking for new tellers; she searches for people at the executive level. The one that hires her is usually the financial services business, not the potential employee. Once she’s hired then she has to find the right candidate for the job.
When we met with her at our ad agency we asked a lot of questions about exactly how her business works. We always like to ask a lot of questions and learn from our clients. We take the information we gather and share it with our writer and designer. In our conversation, the client mentioned, more than once, that her job is like fitting the pieces of a puzzle together. It isn’t as simple as just finding an employee with all the right qualifications. The right employee may be in another city and may not want to relocate.
